The construction of residential care centres is subject to very strict fire safety regulations. For the cladding of ‘WZC Maria Assumpta’ in Dilbeek, Lemahieu Fire Protection® looked after the fire-retardant treatment of ThermoWood® ayous to achieve a reaction to fire classification of B-s1,d0.

Fire-retardant ThermoWood® ayous from LDCwood:

  • has Durability Class I

  • is OLB-certified

  • has a reaction to fire classification of B-s1,d0
