Construction

Thanks to a permanent circus tent made of steel and wood, Marchin is now definitively established as a circus village.  The walls and roof of this unique construction for Latitude 50 are clad in brown impregnated pine from Lemahieu Group. Furthermore, the roof timbers were given a fire-retardant treatment to the required reaction-to-fire rating to comply with relevant fire regulations.

Fire-retardant impregnated pine:

  • is protected preventively against wood-destroying fungi, soft rot, and larvae of wood-destroying insects.

  • is treated to achieve the required reaction-to-fire rating.
